My family and I have been vacationing in Naples for over 20 years while working for a major automotive company.
Like typical snowbirds, each time we would leave Naples to go back home to Michigan, we would miss the beaches, restaurants, palm trees and people.
After our second of two daughters graduated High School, we took the opportunity to permanently move to Naples in the summer of 2021 and since then, have never looked back.
After moving here, it immediately became apparent there was a real need for reputable Home Watch service, mainly due to the large portion of seasonal residents.
After providing home watch services to a landlord friend based out of Canada for several years, the Home Watch Industry became increasingly intriguing to me, and I decided to open Naples Property Home Watch, LLC. In addition, with my previous experience within the automotive sector it was a natural opportunity to offer my knowledge and expertise when it comes to vehicles stored here for months at a time. Whether you drive a car, SUV, electric or exotic vehicle, we have the expertise you need to identify any issues and deal with them immeditaly.
